ABOUT Western Oregon Builders Association
Our Mission
The Western Oregon Builders Association represents the building industry within its communities and our members operate under the principles of Excellence, Service and Integrity while providing information and education to our members and the public.
Who is the Western Oregon Builders Association?
In June 2022 the Homebuilders Association of Lane County (est. 1956) and Willamette Valley Homebuilders Association (est. 1994) merged to form today’s Association, commonly referred to as “WOBA”. Combining talent and territory resulted in a broader membership footprint encompassing Lane, Linn and Benton counties. WOBA’s diverse membership comprises not only builders, subcontractors and suppliers, but also affiliated businesses like title, escrow, bookkeeping, real estate lending and sales, architecture, design, development, and more.
Membership in WOBA is also a membership in Oregon Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders with a range of benefits available to those who maintain active member status. Beyond benefits a key to belonging is the importance of a combined voice in advocating for the industry at all levels of government.
