Chartered in 1956, the Home Builders Association of Lane County was founded, in 2022 HBA Lane County expanded region to include Linn, Lincoln, Benton and Lane Counties, and is now the Western Oregon Builders Association (WOBA). Today, over 230 builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and related businesses throughout the region make up the Association's diverse membership. WOBA is the local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders, over 850 chapters and
203,000 members strong.

Mercier is a premium hardwood flooring company based out of Canada. Every step of the process is done at their facility. From manufacturing the flooring from logs to the entire finishing process. Each order is custom!8 coats of Soy based finish is used. It is incredibly durable and superior in resistance to scratches. In addition, it is antimicrobial, and UV protected and Green Guard Certified. Wear layer is substantial (4MM). It is a nail down product with glue assist (if you follow the NWFA guidelines, which is recommended).
